摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting the deviation in punching position of a punch sheet in which a worker can correctly judge the deviation in the punching position. SOLUTION: In this method, a bar code 13 of a punch sheet whose image is picked up in a stopped condition is represented as a stationary image on a display screen 29 of an image processor 27, and the center of a box cursor 31c having the function of a two-dimensional cursor is set at the position at which the corner of the bar code 13 is displayed on the display screen 29 in a condition where no deviation is present in punching the punch sheet. When the deviation of the corner of the bar code 13 successively displayed on the display screen 29 from the center of the box cursor 31c is out of the allowable range, the deviation is judged to be rejected.

Thus, the warpage of the corrugated fiberboard sheet after its production can be prevented from developing.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent folded wrinkles from occurring on a corrugated fiberboard in a rotary cutter which cuts a corrugated fiberboard by making the edge of a knife installed on the outer periphery of a knife rotor with the outer periphery of an anvil rotor. SOLUTION: A knife 6 is installed on the outer periphery of a knife rotor 1, and the edge 6a of the knife 6 can be brought in contact with the outer periphery of an anvil rotor 2 which is installed opposedly to the knife rotor 1. Also a sheet retainer 7a is installed at least on the preceding side in the rotating direction of the knife 6, and a corrugated fiberboard A is prevented from floating, by the sheet retainer 7a, in the range between a position where the knife 6 starts to contact the corrugated fiberboard A and a position where cutting is completed. Thus wrinkles are prevented from occurring due to folding of the corrugated fiberboard A.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double facer which can form a corrugated fiberboard sheet excellent in flatness. SOLUTION: A plurality of hot plates 1 are juxtaposed in one direction and a conveyor belt 2 is provided on the downstream side thereof. A presser belt 3 is so provided as to stretch over the hot plates 1 and the conveyor belt 2 and a heating part HP is formed by the presser belt 3 and the hot plates 1, while a cooling part CP is formed by the presser belt 3 and the conveyor belt 2. A lower belt 3a of the presser belt 3 is provided with a roundabout part 4 and covers 6a and 6b are provided to be openable in an open part 5 inside the roundabout part 4. By the opening of the covers 6a and 6b, the moisture of the upper side of a corrugated fiberboard A heated in passing through the heating part HP is vaporized rapidly so that a downward warp of the corrugated fiberboard A be corrected. Besides, a damping device 9 is provided above the covers 6a and 6b and, in the open state of the covers 6a and 6b, moisture is given to the upper side of the corrugated fiberboard A from the damping device 9 so that a large upward warp of the corrugated fiberboard A be corrected. In this way, the corrugated fiberboard excellent in flatness can be obtained.
