摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly form a base ground layer even on a tilting ground surface by forming a base layer containing swelling clay minerals including bentonite and containing continuos long fibers dispersedly in the layer, and using a water shielding sheet covering the base layer and a protective layer in an object area to be shielded including at least the tilting ground surface. SOLUTION: The ground 1 of an object area to be shielded including at least tilting ground surface is covered with a base layer 3 containing swelling clay minerals including bentonite and containing continuous long fibers 2 dispersedly in the layer, a water-shielding sheet 4 (a liquid-shielding sheet) covering the base layer, and a protective layer 5 further covering the sheet 4. The base ground layer 3 may be constituted of only the swelling clay minerals including bentonite and it is preferably that common soil or especially sand in the work site or transported from the outside is added to the base ground layer 3 in order to heighten the sliding resistance relative to the continuos long fibers 2. Fibers of such as polypropylene are used as the continuos long fibers 2. Various types of rubber materials maybe used for the water-shielding sheet 4. Sand and gravel are used as the protective layer 5.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a water hardly permeable layer, which is easily and rapidly constructed and exhibits a high seepage control performance. SOLUTION: The method is performed by spraying a water hardly permeable material 11 consisting of sand 3 and bentonite 4 on a slope 2. The spray proceeds from the upper side toward the lower side of the slope and the easy tamping is carried out on the sprayed material with the spray pressure. The use quantity of bentonite is preferably controlled to 50-300 kg per 1 m3 of water hardly permeable material. The rainfall countermeasure using a sheet after spraying is dispensed with by mixing a binder directly before the water hardly permeable material is spayed to improve the erosion resistance.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the performance of a water barrier wall by excavating a ditch underground and pouring muddy water into the ditch and filling up the ditch with a water barrier material having a specific composition after having excavated the ditch and replacing the muddy water with the water barrier material. CONSTITUTION:A wall-shaped ditch is excavated and the ditch is filled up with bentonite muddy water so as to protect a wall surface from falling down into the ditch. A water barrier material is placed into the ditch, thereby constructing a water barrier wall 2 where the compounding ratio of the water barrier material comprises 250 to 350 kg/m of cement, 30 to 6000kg/m of asphalt emulsion, 250 to 500kg/m of water, 10 to 35kg/m of bentonite and 50 to 300kg/m of fine aggregates whose particle size is 0.15mm or less. Since the performance of deformation is excellent due to the properties of the material, it is possible to provide excellent yield strength against a plastic breakdown, which enhances the reliability of the water barrier wall, and what is more, to provide strength equivalent to an original ground, which makes it possible to prevent the generation of a continuous consolidation settlement. It is also possible to enhance the properties of water barrier and furthermore, it is possible to construct easily due to the fluidity and a replaceable capacity without using aggregates and high temperature asphalt.

Then, in the same manner, filler is charged into the bag bodies 1a, 1b,...1j to construct a continuous general section cut-off wall surrounded by a non-permeable sheet in the excavated groove.
