摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent growth of weeds and to heighten the resistance force against the deterioration caused by rainwater permeating from the ground surface and bacteria by using a sheet formed by an earthing back protective layer, a weed growth stopping layer, an intermediate water barrier layer and an outermost surface layer. CONSTITUTION: A protective layer 1 is formed by soft PVC resin which contains a solid plasticizer and not contains a liquid plasticizer. Further, projections 13 are provided, whereby slip of a sheet is prevented by a preventing surface 14. Subsequently, an intermediate layer 5 is stacked on the intermediate layer 5, and an outermost surface layer 4 is stacked thereon to be bound together. The intermediate layer 5 is formed by binding a weed growth stopping layer 2 and a water barrier layer 3 together, and the surface layer 4 is formed by a ground fabric layer 12 and a pile layer 11. The fiber cloth of the layer 2 has penetration resistance force of 10kgf or more in the directions of a warp and a weft and a void percentage of 60% or less. Thus, the growth of weeds is prevented, and immersion is prevented by the layer 3. Further, deterioration of the sheet is prevented by the layer 1. Thus, the protection and fine view of the ground slope can be kept.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make walking feeling soft and lessen the fatigue, and improve dimensional stability, static electrification proof and cleaning property by having a surface layer comprising the woven fabric of a metallic wire material and a backing layer comprising a flexible polymer material laminated on the rear surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A tile panel 1 is constituted with a surface layer 2 comprising the woven fabric of a metallic wire material, and a backing layer comprising a flexible polymer material integrally laminated on the rear surface thereof, and at least one part of the peripheral end part of the woven fabric of the metallic wire material forming the surface layer 2 extends downwards along the side edge surface of the backing layer 3, and forms a side surface covering part 4 for covering at least one part of the side edge surface. The side surface covering part 4 forms a continuous electric conductor, as a number of tile panels are arrayed and adhered on a floor surface, because it comes into contact with the side surface covering part of an adjacent tile panel. If the side surface covering part 4 is directed to be formed at least on two side edge surfaces, preferably, on entire side edge surfaces, the space accommodating the backing layer is formed and partitioned; thus, the integral laminating operation of the surface layer 2 and the backing layer 3 becomes easily.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain elegant metallic gloss and appearance and improve antistatic properties and cleaning properties, by a method wherein the subject tile panel is constituted of a surface layer comprised of knitted goods of a metallic wire rod and a backing layer having at least a hard polymer material layer on the rear side. CONSTITUTION:A tile panel 1 is constituted of a surface layer 2 comprised of knitted goods of a metallic wire rod and a backing layer 3 comprised of a hard polymer material layer 5 which has laminated and combined with the back of the surface layer 2. The backing layer may have an elastic polymer material layer laminated to a hard polymer material layer. Aluminum, copper, phosphor bronze, molybdenum, nickel, platinum, silver, titanium, tungsten, stainless steel are used for the metallic wire rod in consideration of desired color, gloss and electric, mechanical and chemical properties. Structure of the knitted goods is selected out of plain weave, plain tricot weave, diagonal weave and diagonal tricot weave in consideration of the external appearance, gloss and capacity. The hard polymer material layer is elected, for example, out of a thermoplastic hard synthetic resin material and thermosetting synthetic resin material and natural rubber and synthetic rubber can be used as elastic polymer materials.
