    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing the subject material for injecting into acidic ground that can be used for a long period of time in no need of regeneration of an ion- exchange membrane for electrodialysis, is excellent in agglomeration strength, low shrinkage and durability and can subject water glass containing a high concentration of silica to alkali and salt removing treatments and can be efficiently applied to a wide range of ground conditions and a grouting process using the apparatus and the subject material. SOLUTION: The objective material for injecting into the ground is prepared by subjecting water glass to electrodialysis using an ion-exchange membrane as a partition membrane to remove alkali to prepare an aqueous solution of alkali-removed water glass. This is mixed with an acid to prepare an acidic water-glass aqueous solution. Additionally, water glass is mixed with an acid to prepare acidic silica sol and the acidic water-glass aqueous solution and the acidic silica sol are electrolytically dialyzed using an ion-exchange membrane as a diaphragm to prepare a desalted acidic water glass aqueous solution. The apparatus for electrodialysis to produce the acidic water glass aqueous solution is provided with an electrodialysis tank 1, a couple of cathode 2a and anode 2b that are arranged to both end faces 5a and 5b opposing to each other inside the tank 1. An anionic ion-exchange membrane 4 is arranged on the most cathode side, while a cationic ion-exchange membrane 3 is arranged on the most anode side between the cathode and anode electrodes so that a plurality of sections are formed and the cationic and anionic ion-exchange membranes 3, 4 are alternatively arranged in the sections.
