摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce overall weight by forming the peripheries of guide shafts and the intervals between the guide shaft of the top and the guide shafts of the bottoms into thick walls and forming a burner case into attachable and detachable structure. CONSTITUTION:Plural mobile frames 10 and the burner case are supported by the guide shafts in the longitudinal direction of rails to be joined. The rails are heated, pressurized and welded with pressure in a clamped state. Each frame 10 is supported by the guide shafts inserted into insertion holes 31 with three places of the top situated at the rail upper part. Therewith, the peripheries of the guide shafts and the intervals between the guide shaft of the top and the guide shaft of each bottom are formed into the thick walls. The burner case is formed into the attachable and detachable structure covered from above on the three guide shafts. Consequently, the number of guide shafts can be reduced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely remove a secondary coating without flawing a primary coating. SOLUTION: The coated optical fiber is temporarily fixed with a clamper 50, so the coated optical fiber can be drawn by one hand and set along a groove 40, so that the coated optical fiber can easily and securely be mounted in the groove 40. Cutter holders 60 and 70 are arranged without overlapping vertically with each other, so their cutting blades 61 and 71 never interfere with each other and cuts into the coated optical fiber by the cutting blades 61 and 71 are always held constant in quantity. Rubber plates 62 and 72 provided at the bottom parts of the cutter holders 60 and 70 absorb the clearance of the coated optical fiber, so the cuts into the coated optical fiber are formulated. A pushing block 80 presses the coated optical fiber against the cutter holder 70, so a secondary coating on the side of the cutter holder 70 of a rear stage can properly and securely be removed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable always uniform annealing free from variance to be carried out by disposing an infrared ray sensor and a spot light lighting and instructing an infrared ray detection position in one piece with said sensor between heating electrodes for annealing. CONSTITUTION:This annealing apparatus is provided with right and left a pair of electroheating electrodes 3, 4 gripping both ends of the connecting part 2a of wire materials 2, and welding electrodes 9, 10. An infrared ray sensor 5 detecting the infrared rays emitted by the connecting part 2a by electroheating and a spot light 6 lighting and instructing the proper detection position of the infrared rays are disposed between said electrodes 3, 4. The sensor 5 and the light 6 are fixed to a mounting member 7 to form them into one body, and the both optical axes are crossed and coincides at the said part 2a. Then, the infrared ray detection position of the weld zone 2a is instructed precisely at the center of the weld zone of the wire materials 2 by the spot light irradiation and the variance with the change in the diameter of the wire materials 2 is eliminated. Based on the detection thereof, the annealing holding temp. is maintained constant.

The heating member 43, such as gas burner, to heat the butt part of the manganese crossing 14 and the ordinary rail piece is provided. The discontinuous seam state of the track installed with the manganese crossing 14 is averted in this way. The noises are suppressed and the higher speed of operation is attained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the ribbon cover of the coated optical fibers of the ribbon without damaging the clads of optical fibers or applying any excessive stress to the optical fibers by intruding a blade into the ribbon clad and then varying the angle of the blade so that the edge floats by making use of the flank corner part of the blade. SOLUTION: The edge 10 of the blade 10 which is arranged at a specific angle to the coated optical fibers 1 of the ribbon is brought into contact with the ribbon cover 5 and the coated optical fibers 1 and blade 10 are relatively moved. Then the edge 11 of the blade 10 is intruded into the ribbon cover 5 without flawing the optical fibers 4, and then the blade 10 is slanted as shown by the arrow. At this time, the angle of the blade 10 is varied so that the edge 11 floats by making use of the flank corner part 12 of the edge 11. Consequently, while the edge 11 is separated from the optical fibers 4, the ribbon cover 5 is peeled off the optical fibers 4 on their border surface.
