摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a sound absorbing structural body for slab track excellent in all of strength, rigidity, electric insulation and sound absorbing performance. CONSTITUTION:Outer sound absorbing material blocks 10 are arranged on a concrete slab 3 by using first support frames 9, 9 in such a manner that voids are formed between the concrete slab 3 and the outer sound absorbing material blocks 10. Inner sound absorbing material blocks 14, 14 are arranged by using second support frames 12, 12 and a central support frame 13 in such a manner that voids are formed between the concrete stab 3 and the inner sound absorbing material blocks 14, 14. Accordingly, sound absorbing performance is exhibited to the maximum. This can withstand not only damage due to a negative pressure estimated to be 0.02 kg/cm at the time of high speed vehicle passing but also impact force of an ice block dropped from a traveling train. Installation work thereof onto a track is simple, and replacement for maintenance work as well as maintenance and repair becomes extremely easy.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce cost for construction by a method wherein a layer made of recycled material composed of inorganic grains made by crushing and classifying remnants left over after incineration of general waste is provided to the surface of a slab for a railroad track. CONSTITUTION: Inorganic grains in grain size of 1-5mm are prepared by crushing and sorting remnants including fragments of glasses, ceramics, gravels, etc., left over after incineration of general waste like city refuse. A layer 1 of recycled material is formed by spreading the inorganic grains all over a slab 2 of a railroad track. Then, the surfaces of the recylced material layers 1 are connected by spreading connecting agent like acrylic emulsion all over the surfaces of the recycled material layers 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sound-absorbing material used for a railway track, having a good sound-absorbing performance in a wide frequency range and further having large strength, good weather resistance and good durability enabling to use the sound-absorbing material on outdoor for a long period at a low cost by binding inorganic granules and a reinforcing fiber material with an organic binder and subsequently molding the bound product so as to give a porous molded product. SOLUTION: This sound-absorbing material for railway tracks comprises the porous molded product of an inorganic granules bound with an organic binder and containing a reinforcing fiber material. The inorganic granules comprise the ground products of silica, glass, pottery, gravel, etc., and preferably has an average granule diameter of 0.5-3 mm. The employment of recycled aggregate obtained by grinding the incineration residues of wastes and subsequently classifying the ground residues enables to reduce the cost for producing the sound-absorbing material. The organic binder includes an epoxy resin and a phenolic resin, and the addition of a light-shading inorganic pigment and a silane coupling agent enables to improve the weather resistance of the sound- absorbing material.

CONSTITUTION: The structure of a low noise type railroad track with a sound- absorbing layer in a varied thickness is composed of a slab 2 for a railroad track on which rails 5 are laid and a sound-absorbing layer 1 laid on the slab 2. The sound-absorbing layer 1 is made of a porous body leaving open cells, and thickness thereof varies in the breadthwise direction of the track slab 2. With complement made between parts in different thickness of the layer, a sound-absorbing layer, excellent in satisfactory sound-absorbing characteristic available for frequency bands extending over a wide range without troughs for absorbing characteristics, can be obtained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorbing panel hardly influenced by rainwater or dew condensation and changeable of sound absorbing characteristic without changing the thickness of a sound absorbing panel body by constituting a sound absorbing material provided between a back plate and a front plate by use of an aluminum fiber plate, and making the mounting position of the aluminum fiber plate changeable between the front plate and the back plate. SOLUTION: A plurality of drop grooves 11, 15 are formed on the inner surfaces of a bottom plate 5 and a side plate 3 at prescribed intervals in the thickness direction of a panel, so that an aluminum fiber plate 10 can be inserted in an optional position between a front plate 7 and a back plate 2. The flange parts 16 of the side plate 3 are fitted to the inside of both side end parts of the back plate 2 and the bottom plate 5, and bonded by blind rivets 17, and the thin aluminum fiber plate 10 obtained by adding a slight binder to fine aluminum fibers having a diameter of about 10μm followed by pressure molding is inserted and fixed to a desired drop groove 15, 11. The front plate 7 and a top plate 4 are put from the front side, and the connecting parts of the front plate 7, the back plate 2, the top plate 4 and the side plate 3 are bonded by blind rivets 14, 12, 17 to assemble a sound absorbing panel.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comply with such a request that a sound-absorbing performance in a low zone is enhanced by constituting the front surface plate of a platelike or planar sound-absorbing material and forming a back side air layer and a resonance-absorbing structure constituted of slits at the back of the sound-absorbing material. SOLUTION: A sound-absorbing panel 1 is constituted of a bottom plate 3, right and left side plates 4, 4, and both end plates 5, 5 which are made of a non-air permeable material, and the rear one surface plate made of a sound-absorbing material 6 that a metallic fiber is compression-molded to have a platelike shape. A back side air layer 7 of the sound-absorbing material 6 and a resonance-absorbing structure 8 constituted of slits are provided in the inside of the sound-absorbing panel 1. The resonance-absorbing structure 8 has a sound-absorbing action in a resonance frequency decided by the dimensions and shape of the gaps 11, the volume of the resonance space 12, acoustic resistance of the sound-absorbing material 6, etc. It has a high sound-absorbing performance owing to the combination of back side air layer 7 made of a metallic fiber and the resonance-absorbing structure 8 and has no useless structure and it is lightweight. Further, it has advantages such as simple execution and low cost.
