摘要： The invention provides a method for detecting the presence of altered serum proteins in an Hepatitis B Virus (HBV)-infected patient with liver inflammation, comprising: obtaining a sample of serum from the patient; subjecting the sample to protein gel electrophoresis to separate proteins contained therein; staining proteins separated on the electrophoresis gel with silver nitrate solution; scanning the images of stained proteins into an image analysis scanner to obtain gel images; comparing the gel images to control samples of electrophoresis gels prepared from serum of normal patient and serum of HBV-infected patient with liver inflammation to determine whether the sample of serum from the patient contains specific serum proteins. This invention also provides serum protein biomarkers for the diagnosis of patients with HBV infection and liver inflammation.

In the locked mode, some or all of the data fields (price, bids, offers—optionally bids and offers not exposed to the market) are locked. In the unlocked mode, all the data fields, including the price column, are dynamically updated. In a second embodiment, a price column is divided such that prices above the market are in a first column and prices below the market are in a second column to reduce the number of columns required to show bids, offers and prices. Optionally, the trader's bids and offers not exposed to the market can be shown in columns adjacent to the market bids and offers. In a third embodiment of the invention orders are cancelled if the market changes within a short period of time before the order is placed and the change does not benefit the user.

The method includes: estimating parameters of a primary channel according to the Markov model used by the primary channel; selecting a primary channel that has the largest available bandwidth according to the estimated channel parameters when multiple primary channels exist; detecting the selected primary channel; and accessing the primary channel to transmit data when the channel is idle. Therefore, an optimum primary channel can be selected from multiple primary channels by estimating channel parameters to satisfy high data transmission requirements and improve system performance.

摘要： A multi-bypass pulse tube refrigerator comprising a pressure wave generator, a regenerator, a heat exchanger of cold ends (cold finger), a pulse tube, an orifice means and a reservoir volume, connecting in serial. Matrix material made of material of high heat capacity is packed in the regenerator. Rectifying means are arranged at the ends of the pulse tube. The outlet of the pressure wave generator is connected with the hot end of the regenerator. The connection between the cold ends of the regenerator and the pulse tube forms the heat exchanger of cold ends. The reservoir volume is connected with the hot end of the pulse tube through the orifice means. Resistance means are properly arranged in the pulse tube, so as to for gas to pass through the pulse tube uniformly and smoothly. At least one bypass with a throttling means is provided to connect the regenerator and the pulse tube. The refrigerator provided by the invention has a lower refrigeration temperature, high refrigeration capacity and improved refrigeration efficiency.
