摘要： Aspects are disclosed for facilitating a hand-in to a femto cell. An identifier is assigned to a femto cell in which the identifier is based on a scrambling parameter and a timing parameter. A relationship between the identifier and the femto cell is then communicated. In another embodiment, a user equipment report is received, which includes attributes related to a signal broadcast by a femto cell. An identifier associated with the femto cell is ascertained from an attribute included in the report. The femto cell is then identified based on the identifier. In a further embodiment, a timing parameter is received, and a scrambling parameter is set. A signal including the scrambling parameter is then broadcast according to an offset related to the timing parameter. In yet another embodiment, a femto cell is detected during an active call. An identifier associated with the femto cell is then ascertained and reported.

Graph data for nodes having weights for edges of a database network are iterated producing a new message table and results table in each iteration. The results table stores the minimum path weight. The message table and results table are co-grouped to generate a new message for a next node to process. When done the single source shortest path for the network is produced.

A sequence database is split into separate datasets and each node is given a specific dataset to resolve specific frequent items occurring in its specific dataset based on counts. Then, each node groups its item frequent items into "n" (varying) length sequences representing sequential patterns present in the original sequence database. The nodes process in parallel with one another and collectively produce a complete set of the sequential patterns defined in the original sequence database.

摘要： Techniques for reliable transmission of higher priority data within a frame are disclosed. In one aspect, an inner code is applied to one or more partial segments of a transmitted data frame in addition to any outer code applied to the entire frame. In another aspect, inner coded segments of a received frame are decoded when decoding of the outer code indicates one or more errors within the frame. The inner coded segment is retained when the inner decoding decodes without error. Various other aspects are also disclosed. These aspects have the benefits of reducing the number of retransmissions of higher priority data, as well as reducing delay for time-sensitive segments of the frame. The result is more efficient use of bandwidth, more responsiveness to higher priority segments, such as signaling traffic, and capacity, power, and other efficiencies associated therewith.
