摘要： This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus for mobile transmit diversity. In one aspect a method of controlling a transmit power level of a wireless communications apparatus is provided. The method includes adjusting the transmit power level of a transmitter of the wireless communications apparatus to a first transmit power level in response to detecting a de-sense event indicative of interference with a signal received by a receiver of the wireless communications apparatus due to emissions from the transmitter. The method further includes maintaining the transmit power level substantially at the first transmit power level for a first time interval in response to adjusting the transmit power level to the first transmit power level. The method further includes adjusting a transmit power level limit of the transmitter after the time interval at a rate for a second time interval.

摘要： Various aspects described herein relate to a user equipment (UE) that can receive a configuration for a radio bearer with an SCell in a radio resource control (RRC) reconfiguration procedure initiated by a primary cell (PCell) serving the UE. A component carrier with the SCell can be activated based at least in part on receiving a control element indicating to activate the component carrier for the radio bearer. It can be determined whether a first deactivation timer, for deactivating the component carrier with the SCell after a period of detected inactivity on the SCell, is configured by the PCell. A second deactivation timer can be configured for deactivating the component carrier with the SCell based at least in part on a determination that the first deactivation timer is not configured by the PCell or that a first configured duration of the first deactivation timer achieves a threshold.

摘要： Various embodiments include methods for reporting quality metrics of a wireless communication device to a network that includes scheduling, on the wireless communication device, a tune-away from a first carrier of a first subscription to a second subscription. Quality metrics of the first carrier before the tune-away begins are calculated and stored as frozen quality metrics. During the tune-away, the wireless communication device sends the stored frozen quality metrics to the network. The stored frozen quality metrics may continue to be sent to the network as long as the duration of the tune-away is shorter than a time threshold. If the duration of the tune-away exceeds the time threshold, the wireless communication device may calculate and send actual quality metrics of the carrier to the network.

The apparatus configured to establish a wireless connection to a first network, tune away from the first network for a first predetermined interval, tune back to the first network after the first predetermined interval, enter a power control freeze state for a second predetermined interval after tuning back to the first network, send a plurality of transmissions to the first network during the second predetermined interval, determine if a number of the plurality of transmissions that are not received by the first network exceeds a first threshold or if a number of the plurality of transmissions that are retransmitted to the first network exceeds a second threshold, and exit the power control freeze state when it is determined that the first threshold is exceeded or when it is determined that the second threshold is exceeded.
