摘要： The present invention discloses liquid thermosetting inks useful for ink-jet applications, such as industrial solder masks; and to a method of producing the same. More specifically, a liquid thermosetting ink for ink-jet applications comprising one resin or more; at least one solid latent curing agent characterized by a maximal particle size of less than two microns; an inert filler having fine particles. The invention also discloses a method of producing a liquid thermosetting ink for ink-jet applications, in the manner that one-pack or two-pack ink characterized by a viscosity lower than 50 Cp at application temperature, surface tension lower than 80 dyn/cm at application temperature, and glass transition temperature of cured ink of greater than 120°C.

摘要： The present invention discloses reactive fine particles and especially fine latent curing agents. The reactive fine particle comprising one or more functional compounds A, or its precursors, having a maximal size of less than 2 microns; and one or more inert particles B, having at least the maximal size of 2 microns, carrying said functional compounds A at the outer surface and/or in its inner portion. The present invention also discloses a method for producing reactive fine particles wherein said compounds A to inert particles B weight ratio is ranging from 0.01A:100B to 50A:100B. The present invention also encompasses any use or end product comprising said novel particles or said method.

摘要： A process is provided for producing a compatibilized polymeric blend. A first thermoplastic polymer and a reactive moiety are provided to a progressive melt kneading apparatus. The reactive moiety comprises a first reactive group capable of reacting with the first thermoplastic polymer but not a second polymer and a second reactive group capable of reacting with the second polymer but not the first polymer. The first thermoplastic polymer and the reactive moiety are then melt kneaded so that the first reactive group reacts with the first thermoplastic polymer and the second reactive group is grafted to the first thermoplastic polymer, forming a molten self-compatibilizer. A molten second polymer is then provided. The molten self- compatibilizer is melt kneaded with the molten second polymer so that the second reactive group reacts with the second polymer to form a compatibilized polymeric blend. Also provided are articles formed from the compatibilized polymer blend.

摘要： An ingestible pill platform for colon imaging is provided, designed to recognize its entry to the colon and expand in the colon, for improved imaging of the colon walls. On approaching the external anal sphincter muscle, the ingestible pill may contract or deform, for elimination. Colon recognition may be based on a structural image, based on the differences in diameters between the small intestine and the colon, and particularly, based on the semilunar fold structure, which is unique to the colon. Additionally or alternatively, colon recognition may be based on a functional image, based on the generally inflammatory state of the vermiform appendix. Additionally or alternatively, pH, flora, enzymes and (or) chemical analyses may be used to recognize the colon. The imaging of the colon walls may be functional, by nuclear-radiation imaging of radionuclide-labeled antibodies, or by optical-fluorescence-spectroscopy imaging of fluorescence-labeled antibodies. Additionally or alternatively, it may be structural, for example, by visual, ultrasound or MRI means. Due to the proximity to the colon walls, the imaging in accordance with the present invention is advantageous to colonoscopy or virtual colonoscopy, as it is designed to distinguish malignant from benign tumors and detect tumors even at their incipient stage, and overcome blood-pool background radioactivity.
