    • PURPOSE:To enable a smapling at a high accuracy with a solution free from mixing of bubbles while preventing clogging due to a sludge by dividing a gas- liquid mixed phase section and a liquid storage section with a baffleplate to form a circulating flow by supplying a flow of a gas-liquid mixed phase from below a container. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a container 10 is divided into a gas-liquid mixed phase section 12 and a liquid storage section 13 with a baffleplate 11 and a flow of a gas-liquid mixed phase flows through the mixed phase section 12 upward and runs over the baffleplate 11 into the liquid storage section 13. This gas separation by the baffleplate 11 prevents entry of bubbles into the liquid storage section 13 from the mixed phase section 12. Most of the solution flowing into the liquid storage section 13 forms a circulating flow as shown by the arrow B depending on the difference in the apparent density between the liquid storage section 13 and the mixed phase section 12 and the upward flow at the liquid storage section 12. This prevents the mixing of bubbles into a hollow needle 19 thereby enabling a stable sampling at a high accuracy. In addition, the lower clearance 17 of the baffleplate 11 makes a part of a circulation passage thereby eliminating clogging due to a sludge.

In this occasion, the liquid pushed out by said object to be transported 21 is put back to a liquid feeder 14 passing between said inner tube 17 and outer tube 18 via an opening 19. Said clamping unit 15 is separated from said carrying unit 10 and pushes out said object to be transported 21 with a handling mechanism 20. Said object to be transported 21 held by said haldling mechanism 20 pushes said liquid medium into said inner tube 17 via the feeder 14, the gap between said tubes 17 and 18, and said opening 19, and is transported under pressure to the carrying 12 unit 10 and the transportation tube 11. According to the present constitution, the improvement of reliability and the state of maintenance-free can be achieved without any movable unit.
