    • A high power driver system has a predetermined number of driver modules for driving a high power device such as a laser-emitting device. Each driver module has a driver circuit and a corresponding feedback circuit. The driver circuits respectively generate driving currents, and then the driving currents are collected to drive the high power laser-emitting device or other high power devices. In addition, these feedback circuits of the driver modules receive the same detection signal that represents the output power of the high power laser-emitting device. Then, each feedback circuit responds to the same detection signal to generate a feedback signal, respectively, which makes the corresponding driver circuit carry out a feedback action for adjusting the driving currents.

    • An apparatus, which is for assisting in calibration of an optical axis of a light beam generated by a light emitter of an instrument, includes a body, a sensor module, and an indicator module. The instrument includes a sighting unit that has a specified position relationship with the light emitter. The body has a surface provided with a reference mark. The sensor module is mounted on the surface of the body, generates an output signal upon receipt of the light beam generated by the light emitter of the instrument, and has a reference position relationship with the reference mark. The reference position relationship corresponds to the specified position relationship between the sighting unit and the light emitter. The indicator module is associated operably with the sensor module, and indicates position of an incident light beam received by the sensor module.

    • A dust meter includes a duct member having a lower portion formed with an air inlet, and an upper portion formed with an air outlet, and confining an air passage. A heating element is used to heat air in the air passage to result in air flow from the air inlet to the air outlet. A light emitter is operable so as to generate a light beam in the air passage. An optical sensor module includes a light sensor responsive to changes in optical flux in the air passage attributed to dust content of the air that flows from the air inlet to the air outlet. The sensor module generates an electrical signal that varies with the optical flux detected by the light sensor. A processing circuit determines an actual ambient dust concentration by referring the electrical signal from the sensor module to pre-established data in the processing circuit.
