摘要： Pharmaceutical compositions comprised of aryloxy-N-(aminoalkyl)-1-pyrrolidine and piperidine carboxamides and carbothioamides are provided of the formula: ##STR1## wherein Ar is selected from the group consisting of 1-naphthyl, 2-naphthyl, 2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-4-yl, 2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-5-yl, phenyl, substituted phenyl wherein the substituents are selected from lower alkyl of from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, lower alkyloxy of from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, halogen and trifluoromethyl; m and n are 1 or 2 but are never 2 at the same time; p is 1, 2, 3 or 4; R is selected from hydrogen or lower alkyl of from 1 to 3 carbon atoms; R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are selected from hydrogen, lower alkyl of from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, phenyl, phenyl lower alkyl of from 7 to 9 carbon atoms, and cycloalkyl of from 3 to 8 carbon atoms, and R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 taken together with the adjacent atom may form a heterocyclic residue selected from 4-morpholino, 1-pyrrolidino, 1-piperidino, 1-piperazino and 4-lower alkyl piperazin-1-yl; X is oxygen or sulfur; and the pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof having antiarrhythmic activity.

The mobile wireless telephone operates via a conventional licensed spectrum wireless network, and the IP telephone operates over voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) over a broadband packet data network service. Incoming calls simultaneously ring the user's mobile wireless telephone and IP telephone. The user may be provided a personal voice mailbox that may be accessed from their mobile wireless telephone or from their IP telephone. The user may be provided a single services bill associated with use of both telephones.

摘要： A cleaning substrate which comprises at least one layer of a solid hypohalite precipitate, wherein the hypohalite precipitate is formed in situ on the layer of substrate material. A process for making a fibrous cleaning substrate comprising the steps of: a) providing at least one layer of fibrous material; b) exposing the fibrous layer to an aqueous alkaline earth salt solution; c) treating the fibrous layer with a hypochlorite solution; d) allowing the aqueous alkaline earth salt solution combine with the hypochlorite solution to form a solid hypochlorite precipitate around the fibers in the fibrous material and a liquid phase, and e) removing at least 65% of the liquid phase from the fibrous substrate.

摘要： The invention provides an aqueous bleaching solution for substrate treatment comprising a source of oxidant and a suspended polymer matrix having a plurality of optically functional particles associated with one or more copolymers present in the polymer matrix. The plurality of optically functional particles are associated with the copolymer during polymerization of at least one hydrophobic and at least one hydrophilic monomer so as to form a polymer matrix useful to impart an aqueous bleaching solution with optically functional properties providing a benefit to the solutions during storage, use and application to substrates for treatment. In accordance with various embodiments of the invention, the suspended polymer matrix forms a substantially stable dispersion of the optically functional particles in the aqueous bleaching solution, and provides compositions, methods and kits for employing aqueous bleaching solutions having optically functional properties that are maintained over substantially long storage times.

摘要： A method is provided for treating erectile dysfunction, e.g., vasculogenic erectile dysfunction such as vasculogenic impotence. The method involves the administration of a Type IV phosphodiesterase inhibitor or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, ester, amide or derivative thereof, wherein administration is local, i.e., transurethral, intracavernosal, topical or transdermal. A preferred mode of administration is transurethral. Pharmaceutical formulations and kits are provided as well.
