      SOLUTION: The shell material for a sea bed foundation is made of shell pieces 10 acquired by crushing and preparing shells in such a way that ratios a/t and b/t, wherein planar dimensions are a and b and shell thickness is t, exceeds 1 and is equal to 5 or less, so that the shells are used as the material for constituting the sea bed foundation.
