摘要： The present invention relates to a process for continuously producing an elastomeric composition. Said process comprises the steps of: a) metering and feeding into at least one extruder at least one elastomer and at least one filler; b) mixing and dispersing said filler into said elastomer by means of said extruder; c) passing the resulting elastomeric composition through at least one static mixer. Furthermore the present invention relates to an apparatus for continuously producing an elastomeric composition, said apparatus comprising at least one static mixer for passing through the resulting elastomeric composition discharged from the extruder.

摘要： The present invention relates to a process for continuously producing an elastomeric composition. Said process comprises the steps of: a) metering at least one elastomer, at least one filler and at least one minor ingredient; b) feeding said at least one elastomer, at least one filler and at least one minor ingredient into at least one extruder; c) mixing and dispersing said at least one filler and at least one minor ingredient into said at least one elastomer by means of said at least one extruder; d) obtaining a subdivided product from the resulting elastomeric composition discharged from said at least one extruder; e) accumulating an amount of said subvided product, and f) stirring said accumulated amount of subdivided product. Furthermore the present invention relates to an apparatus for continuously producing an elastomeric composition, comprising: a) at least one extruder; b) at least one first metering device; c) at least one device for obtaining a subdivided product from the resulting elastomeric composition, and e) at least an accumulating and stirring device for mixing the accumulated subdivided product.

The studded tire (1) of the invention advantageously has a tread band (34) with high modulus, is capable of retaining the studs (300) in position even under heavy stresses, and is easily processed.
