    • Telecommunication cable comprising a tubular element, in particular a buffer tube housing at least one transmission element, said component comprising a polymeric composition which allows an easy tearing of said element, in order to get access to the transmission element housed therein. Said tubular element is made from a polymeric composition comprising a heterophasic olefin copolymer which comprises at least one amorphous phase comprising sequences deriving from copolymerisation of at least two different olefin monomers, at least a first crystalline phase comprising sequences deriving from the homopolymerization of a first olefin monomer and at least a second crystalline phase comprising sequences deriving from the homopolymerization of a second olefin monomer. Preferably the heterophasic copolymer is an ethylene-propylene copolymer. Preferably the polymeric composition further comprises an inorganic filler. The use of said polymer composition allows easy tear operations on the tubular element.
