    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, light and low-priced torque limiter.
      SOLUTION: This torque limiter is provided with a first core 10B connected to a separate roller 2 to integrally rotate with the separate roller 2 and a cylinder body 10A formed with an insert hole 10Aa, in which a driving shaft 2A is inserted in the axial direction, at a central part thereof. The first core 10B is rotatably fitted to the driving shaft 2A. The cylinder body 10A is fitted to the first core 10B at one end thereof to integrally rotate with the first core, and the other end thereof is fitted to the driving shaft 2A inserted into the insert hole 10Aa to allow relative rotation when rotating torque applied around the shaft is larger than the predetermined torque and to stop relative rotation when rotating torque is larger than the predetermined torque.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide selected aroma to a second space for diffusing the aroma in open air by providing a first cover body in such a form as to communicate a first space including a selected aroma holding means with the second space including a diffusing means, and communicating the first space with the second through the first cover body. SOLUTION: A cover body 6a is removed from an aroma supply port 9a, while a cover body 5a is removed from a cover body 2, and then both ends of the cover body 5a are engaged with an aroma introducing port 7a and the aroma supply port 9a. Aroma filled in an aroma containing part 13 is thus diffused through an inner space in the cover body 5a to an aroma agitation space 15. As the removed cover body 6a is placed on a switch 3, the switch 3 is pushed down by weight of the cover body 6a to get on and actuated. A motor 16 thus rotates an agitation fin 17, and the aroma invading into the aroma agitation space 15 is uniformly agitated with air in the space 15 to be emitted from an aroma emitting port 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply formed and inexpensive reverse rotation preventing mechanism for a rotating body.
      SOLUTION: A belt part 11B is wrapped around the outer peripheral surface of a shaft S rotatably supporting a rotating roller R, the tip part thereof extends outward from the outer peripheral surface of the shaft S, and the tip part of the belt part 11B is connected to the rotating roller R so as to be rotated integrally with each other. The mechanism comprises a restriction band 11 in which when the belt part 11B is towed by the rotation of the rotating roller R in the forward direction, a friction force of the portion of the belt part wrapped around the shaft S against the shaft S is reduced, and when the belt part is towed by the rotation of the rotating roller R in the reverse direction, a friction force of the portion of the belt part wrapped around the shaft S against the shaft S is increased.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for preventing reverse rotation of a rotating body which has a simple structure and which is inexpensive.
      SOLUTION: A rotation regulation member 13 made of an elastic material is attached to the shaft 3a of the reverse rotation prevention mechanism. The rotation regulation member 13 slides against the inner peripheral surface of the rotating body 12 and allows rotation when a rotating force, which is directed in the regular rotation direction α with respect to the shaft 3a, is exerted on the rotating body 12. Then the rotation regulation member 13 is closely brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the rotating body 12 and prevents rotation when a rotating force, which is directed in the reverse rotation direction β with respect to the shaft 3a, is exerted on the rotating body 12. Furthermore, a foreign body prevention member is provided as a means for avoiding paper dust, and the inner peripheral surface of the rotating body is made uneven.
