    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve water sealing performance, and to prevent leakage of grout by differencing the length of one end part and the length of the other end part running in the peripheral direction of an elastic water sealable annular plate-like seal material in a seal installed in the joining part between a cylindrical leg and a steel pipe line inserted into the leg. SOLUTION: A brush type seal 11 installed in the joining part between a cylindrical leg 5 and a steel pipe pile 6 inserted into the leg 5, is formed as a structure by combining spring steel, a wire brush and a stainless steel wire net, and is composed of a cylindrical upper member running along the inner peripheral surface of the leg 5 and an almost funnel-shaped lower member wound along the peripheral surface of the steel pipe pile 6 by extending downward from the lower end of this upper member. Here, the length of one end part and the length of the other end part running in the peripheral direction of a seal material are made different. Thus, even if dislocation is caused between the steel pipe pile 6 and the leg 5, a seal can instantly cope with it by resiliency of the brush type seal 11 to improve water sealing performance in the joining part as well as to prevent leakage of grout 9 injected into the joining part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the workability and effectiveness in a mobile concrete form construction method. SOLUTION: A trench 51 is formed by excavating the ground surface 52, and the surfaces are graded, and rails 21 and 22 are laid at the bottom 51a of the trench 51 and on the ground surface on both sides of trench 51, and reinforcing bars are installed in the bottom part 51a of the trench 51 and the wall parts 51b on both sides, and a mobile concrete form 10 having an elevating/ sinking element 16 is supported movably on the rails 21 and 22. Concrete is placed in voides between the bottom plate 13 and side plates 14 and 15 of the elevating/sinking element 16 and the bottom 51a and side walls 51b of the trench 51, and when the concrete is hardened after a specified period of time, the elevating/sinking element 16 is raised and the form 10 is moved along the rails 21 and 22 so that form is separated, and a lining is constructed.
