This anchor includes a shading device 6 for a first coil filament 4, and 3 lead wires 7, 8, 9. The 3 lead wires 7, 8, 9 are arranged within one common plate vertically to a longitudinal axis of the second coil filament 5. At least one lead wire 8 includes a portion 8a projecting from the common plate and leading to pass near the second coil filament. This portion 8a is formed to arrange in an outside of the main light emission direction of the second coil filament 5.

The protrusion 104a has a specified angle with respect to the plate spring end. The V shaped part penetrates a cut-out opening of the support sleeve 14b. After the mounting of an electric bulb, the linked portion formed with roundness between the two legs of the V shaped part elastically abuts on an edge of the opening of reflector. The outer surface of the sleeve 14b of a base of the bulb is in contact with two flat support surfaces by fastening fitting. A fastening action occurs by the aid of the press spring 100.
