摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor whose power source and circuit for driving the sensor can be made compact.
SOLUTION: This object detection sensor 1 for detecting that the sensor touches an object 20 by using electrostatic induction action, is equipped with a detecting portion 3 which is made of a dielectric substance having a charging trend different from the charging trend of the object 20, and has on one surface a contact surface 5 for coming into contact with the object 20, a detecting electrode portion 6 which is formed on a part of a conductor provided so as to come into contact with the other surface of the detecting portion 3, and detects as an electric signal a charging phenomenon by the electrostatic induction action according to a state change from the state of contact between the object 20 and the detecting portion 3, and an output portion 7 which is formed on another part of the conductor, and outputs an electric signal as a sensor signal with respect to a predetermined reference potential.
