    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a BOG generation amount during receiving LNG in a LNG reservoir. SOLUTION: A feed pipe 13 for introducing LNG into a LNG reservoir 11 is inserted into a communication port 16. A lower portion of a turkey red oil pipe 14 having the communication port 16 is skewed and a slit 17 is opened to the side face at the upper side of the inclined pipe. BOG which is swirled from surroundings during carrying LNG from the feed pipe 13 to the turkey red oil pipe 14 through the communication port 16 is gathered to an upper portion with buoyancy during carrying the LNG in the turkey red oil pipe 14 and returned from the slit 17 to a gas layer 11G in the LNG reservoir 11. A gas in the LNG to be discharged from a discharge port 15 at the lower end of the turkey red oil pipe 14 into a liquid layer 11L is reduced, therefore restricting a temporary increase in BOG generation amount after receiving the LNG.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sliding movement of a flat bottom cylindrical tank against a foundation structure in an earthquake, by forming a coating film at the underface of the bottom plate of the cylindrical tank to increase the static frictional coefficient between the underface of the bottom plate of the flat bottom cylindrical tank and the upper face of the foundation structure. SOLUTION: A double-structural low-temperature tank 1 is constituted of a foundation structure 2 including a foundation concrete 6 and a cold reserving material 7, an external layer tank 4 made of cold steel and provided with a cylindrical side plate 10 and a roof, an internal layer tank 5 made of cold steel, etc. A pure epoxy paint film 25 is formed at the underface of the bottom plate body 20a to remarkably increase the static frictional coefficient between the underface of the bottom plate body 20a and the upper face of the cold reserving material 7. In this way, even when a large earthquake has happened, the large frictional force acts between the bottom plate body and the cold reserving material and the horizontally sliding movement of the internal layer tank 5 against the foundation structure 2 at an earthquake can be securely prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To-provide a test method for radiation transmission in which exposure time can be shortened to improve working efficiency, inspection between a base material part and a welded metal part near the base material part can be surely performed, and no density difference is caused in an image pickup part as in a conventional narrow radiation mask. CONSTITUTION:In a test method for radiation transmission, by using a pair of masks 3 having a determined thickness in the thickness direction of a base material 1 and radiation absorbing performance, a concentration image is provided on a photosensitive surface 3 by the radiation transmitted by the base material 1 and the welded metal part 2 to inspect a subject. As the masks 3, an uniform thickness part 3a having a fixed thickness arranged in a position separated from the welded metal part 2 and a thickness reducing part 3b in which the thickness is reduced toward the central side of the welded metal part 2 are preliminarily provided in the direction crossing the welded metal part 2, and the boundary part 3c between the uniform thickness part 3a and the thickness reducing part 3b is arranged on the base material 1 on the outside from the boundary position between the base material 1 and the welded metal part 2 to perform the inspection.
