摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a siloxane removing agent which can remove efficiently cyclic siloxanes and a filter of a gas sensor.SOLUTION: The siloxane removing agent includes a resin having a sulfonic acid group such as strong acid type ion exchange resin (sulfonated styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer, etc.). The siloxane removing agent ring-opening-polymerizes the cyclic siloxanes [a cyclic trimer (D3) and a cyclic tetramer (D4) of siloxane, etc.] to remove efficiently the cyclic siloxanes. Therefore it is possible to allow the filter arranged upstream of the gas sensor to contain the siloxane removing agent.
