    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete-steel beam composite structure, in which prestress is effectively adapted without giving unnecessary stress to a steel frame and hard concrete is strongly joined to the steel beam, and a method of manufacturing the composite structure. SOLUTION: This composite structure comprises the steel beam having a bonded surface with a plurality of projections, the first fresh concrete (CC) formed by hardening a first fresh concrete (FC), the second CC formed by hardening a delayed hardening FC, and steel wire for applying stress to the first CC. The first CC is formed such that does not come into contact with a part of the projections though they are positioned adjacent to the bonded surface of the steel beam. The second CC is formed in a hardened material having a shape suitable for a space between the projections and the first CC and formed by hardening the delayed hardening FC after stress is applied to the first CC.
