摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a degree of the degradation of each pump in a system for providing a fixed output by the cooperation of a plurality of pumps with one another.SOLUTION: A diagnostic device (a) acquires degradation determination data candidates including second integral power consumption being the power consumption of each of the all combinations including each of M sets of pumps (S13) for each pump, (b) specifies the candidate indicating minimum second integral power consumption from among the plurality of degradation determination data candidates as the degradation determination data to the pump (S15), and (c) determines that the pump is degraded when the degradation determination data show a threshold T1 (S20) or larger.
