    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-barrier sheet which is connected to a supply/ discharge pipe for a circulating liquid and is constructed by sticking lower-side sheets and upper-side sheets to partition plates, thus having a simple and strong construction; and an application method of the same.
      SOLUTION: This water-barrier sheet, used in a waste disposal facility, is constructed from partition plates 11 at least comprising upper-side members 15 and lower-side members 14 and laid lengthwise and crosswise with specified distances, lower-side sheets 12 stuck to the lower-side members 14 of the partition plates 11 so as to form the lower side of a circulating liquid storage vessel 9, upper-side sheets 13 stuck to the upper-side members 15 of the partition plates 11 so as to form the upper side of the circulating liquid storage vessel 9, and a supply-discharge pipe for a circulating liquid connected to the circulating liquid storage vessel 9. The water-barrier sheet has a strong construction since it comprises partition plates as the base backbone and upper- and lower- side sheets stuck to the upper- and lower-side members, respectively, of the partition plates.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water sealing sheet and a working method in a waste disposal facility, in which the water sealing sheet is formed swiftly and securely by laminating each layer sheet on the upper and bottom face members of a circulated liquid sealing tank, which forms the water sealing sheet connected with a supply and an exhaust pipes of circulated liquid, by engaging a partition pipe in a standard skeleton. SOLUTION: The water sealing sheet in the waste disposal facility comprises the partition pipe 11 provided with a band-like upper face member 15 and bottom face member 14, which are laid respectively vertically and horizontally at a predetermined interval on the base ground of the waste disposal facility, a bottom layer sheet 12, which is laminated between the bottom face members 14 of the partition pipe 11 and comprises the bottom layer face of the circulated liquid sealing tank, an upper layer sheet 13, which is laminated between the upper face members 15 of the partition pipe 11 and comprises the upper layer face of the circulated liquid sealing tank, and the supply and exhaust pipes 7, 8 of circulated liquid, which is connected to the constituted circulated liquid sealing tank.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an execution method for a landfill disposal site which is capable of adequately dealing with an uncertain landfill amount of wastes, reducing a cost and shortening a work period. SOLUTION: In this execution method for the landfill disposal site, a divided execution work system is adopted for disposal vessels 1 and 2, and while disposal vessels 7 are gradually increased under occasional prediction of the amount of the wastes to be produced, upper roofs 6 are built to the minimum number of a moving system so as to deal with the extended disposal vessels. Landfill work, work to shut off the upper parts of the wastes and the increase of disposal vessels are implemented in combination, by which the transportation and disposal of mineralization muck cars and the excessive design of the disposal site are eliminated. In addition, the need for water treatment facilities and drainage facilities is eliminated, by which the long-term safety is assured while an execution cost and maintenance are reduced.
