    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding base-isolating bearing device which is equipped with a sliding member having low velocity dependence and setting a coefficient of friction at a low value of 0.02 or less, in sliding friction between the sliding member and a smooth plate as the other member, which can reduce the transmission even of vibrations, generated by small-scale earthquakes etc., to an upper structure and which can achieve the sure protection of the upper structure, and a base-isolating bearing structure which is equipped with the sliding and base-isolating bearing device.
      SOLUTION: The base-isolating bearing device 1 is equipped with: a sliding base-isolating bearing 6 which comprises a laminated rubber body 4 constituted by alternately laminating a reinforcing plate 2 and a rubber layer 3 and the sliding member 5 fixed to the undersurface of the laminated rubber body 4; and the smooth plate 7 which serves as the other material slidably abutting on the sliding member 5 of the bearing 6.

The lubricating composition packed in the recess 5 contains 5-30 wt.% of a silicone oil, 20-40 wt.% of a silicone wax, 20-40 wt.% of melamine cyanurate, and 20-50 wt.% of PTFE.
