      SOLUTION: The rotary type friction damper 1 includes an inner cylinder body 5 fixed to a cylindrical outer circumferential surface 4 of rotating shaft 3 in a cylindrical inner circumferential surface 2 in such a manner as not to rotate in an R direction, a plastic inner cylinder 8 integrally including an annular protrusion 7 protruding from an outer circumferential surface 6 of the cylindrical body 5 to an axial and outward direction, a plastic outer cylinder 13 including a concave portion 9 which receives the protrusion 7 of the inner cylinder 8 and dents in the axial and outward direction and a concave surface 11 that defines the concave portion 9 and contacts with an outer face 10 of the protrusion 7 in an inner circumferential surface 12.
