    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means producing nanoparticles with a particle size of about 100 nm, or nanoparticles containing many particles with a particle size of under 100 nm, and maintaining and storing the nanoparticles.
      SOLUTION: Liquid in which a readily water-soluble solute is dissolved in water, and liquid in which a slightly water-soluble solute is dissolved in a readily water-miscible solvent, are supplied through different flow passages respectively, and mixed with each other immediately before spray. Thereafter, this mixed liquid is sprayed by pressurized gas in a state of liquid fine particles, and water and the readily water-miscible solvent are vaporized and removed, to thereby obtain nanoparticles comprising slightly water-soluble solute, with a particle size of about 100 nm, dispersed in microparticles comprising readily water-soluble solute, or nanoparticles containing many particles with a particle size of under 100 nm.
