摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily improve an indoor environment.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation unit includes: a photovoltaic power generation member having a solar cell module and forming a part of an exterior part; a glass member forming a part of the exterior part together with the photovoltaic power generation member; a flow device part which is supplied with power from the solar cell module and makes air flow by the power; and a vent hole for sucking and exhausting the air. Also, the vent hole includes an on-off valve, and the power from the solar cell module is supplied to the on-off valve.

A sprinkling device 32 is provided between the spandrel glass 12 and the photovoltaic power generation eaves 14 with respect to the vertical direction of the photovoltaic power generation unit 10, and sprinkles water in an outside direction of the building 1.
