    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a winding swelling of a wire member wound on a slender core in the orthogonal direction to the magnetizing direction. SOLUTION: A top roller 34 is rotatably supported via a support shaft 34a by a tip part projecting in the radial direction of a revolving flyer 30. The wire member 63 supplied by being guided by its outer peripheral part, is wound on the slender core 61 in the orthogonal direction to the magnetizing direction B. The top roller is inclined to a plane P including the rotational axis and a part for supporting the top roller of a tip part of the flyer so that a rotational central surface S orthogonal to its support shaft passes through the rear side of the rotational axis O1 of the flyer in the revolving direction of the flyer. The top roller is also rotatably supported around the second axis O2 parallel to the rotational axis O1. An inclination of the rotational central surface S of the top roller to the plane including both axes, may be reciprocally switched, and may also be controlled so as to periodically change in response to a revolving angle of the flyer.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut coil terminals of conductors at winding starts and winding ends of coils which are wound to an armature core in the close position of a coil connecting part.
      SOLUTION: The coils are sequentially formed by winding the conductors fed from a turning flyer to the armature core 12 which is rotatably supported in terms of an index with an axial line kept horizontal, and there is arranged a gripper cutter device 30 which connects the coil ends to hooks 131 of an armature rectifier 13. The gripper cutter device 30 includes: a gripper cutter 31 which grips the conductor terminals at first portions and last potions of the coils in the vicinity of the connecting part to the hooks 131 of the armature rectifier 13 so as to vertically, laterally, backwardly, forwardly, and freely progress and retreat on a vertical face including the axial line X; and a means for inserting the tip of the gripper cutter 31 between the hooks of the armature rectifier 13 by turning the gripper cutter 31 by angles of 270°.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut off the coil end at the start-of-winding and the end-of-winding at a position closest to a hook connecting part. SOLUTION: A cutter fixing lever 18 is fixed between the left and right sidewalls of a shield 16 through a pivot shaft 17 and a compression spring 19 urges a movable cutter 21, provided integrally at the left end part, in the direction receding from the axis X. When a swivel 15 is rotated, its cam face presses an adjusting screw 23 outward to shake a cutter fixing bar 18 in such a direction as the movable cutter 21 approaches the axis X. An armature 1 is rotated under that state, and when a wire 7 connecting a hook connecting part and a gripper 30 is inserted between the movable cutter 21 and a receiving cutter 22 and the shield 16 is advanced to the right, the receiving cutter 22 abuts against the groove bottom face of the swivel 15 and stops thereat. Consequently, only the movable cutter 21 advances to the right and cuts off the wire 7 at a position closest to the hook connecting part.
