The load driver includes: a DC-DC converter, which has a first output and a second output; an opposite phase ripple current generating circuit, which is connected to the second output and configured to generate a second current, with a phase of a ripple current being opposite to a phase of a ripple current of a first current from the first output, wherein, the first current and the second current are combined into an output current to drive the load.

The driver includes: a primary-side circuit including a primary winding; a secondary- side circuit including a secondary winding; a power factor controller; a current feedback circuit; a voltage feedback circuit; and a feedback signal generation circuit. In the secondary- side circuit, the output voltage is divided using a first voltage division resistor and a second voltage division resistor so as to provide the sampling of the output voltage to the voltage feedback circuit, and the first voltage division resistor or the second voltage division resistor is connected in parallel with a compensation branch having a capacitive reactance. By using the driver, overshoot at startup can be avoided.
