    • The present invention relates to a connector (1) for a lighting module, comprising: a base pad (2) electrically connected to a PCB board (3) of the lighting module, and at least one pair of brackets (4) extending upwardly from the base pad (2). In addition, the present further relates to a method for assembling a lighting system.

In addition, the present invention relates to a flat plate lens. The lens according to the present invention has special curves and small volume. By the curves, the thickness of the lens can be decreased, the optical efficiency can be improved, and the costs are reduced. Good optical performance and high efficiency can be obtained by the application of such lens.
