摘要： PURPOSE:To display the abnormality and others of a flowmeter, by transmitting a unit integrated flow rate pulse and various informations of the flowmeter itself containing an integrated flow rate value at a predetermined time cycle through the same line. CONSTITUTION:The pulses outputted from a display device 13 for a definite period at a predetermined cycle are supplied to an inverter 18 through an NPN transistor TrO1 and a line 17 and applied to a gas meter 10 while the polarity thereof is reversed. Whereupon, the meter 10 generates and outputs a unit integrated flow rate pulse to turn TrO2 ON and sends out the same to the display device 13. When the display device 13 outputs a high level signal continuously for a definite period during the next period, the meter 10 changes over the transmission mode of the unit integrated flow rate pulse to the transmission mode of various informations of the meter 10 itself and the display device 13 also changes over a receiving mode to display the read informations such as the gas leakage, excessive flow rate and power source abnormality of the meter 10 and the flow rate data integrated by the meter 10.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent gas leak at the time of closing a master plug one and reopening it by providing a pressing means for detaching a socket and a locking means at a plug provided with an automatic blocking seal valve, and releasing the lock by the lowering of pressure on the upstream side. CONSTITUTION:A plug 6 is provided with a seal valve 10 so as to be opened by inserting a socket 9. A pressing member 19 for detaching the socket 9 is provided at the plug 6 in such a way as to be moved by a spring 20. There are also provided with a locking means A for holding the pressing member 19 and a socket automatic detaching means B for releasing the hold. The locking means A is formed by fitting a locking member 27 at a pressure receiv ing plate 21, and the socket automatic detaching means B is formed of a dia phragm 22 and the pressure receiving plate 21. When a master plug is closed, the pressure is lowered so as to release the lock and close the seal valve 10. The seal valve is not opened even if the master plug is reopened, thereby preventing gas leak to obtain safety.

摘要： PURPOSE:To ensure instantaneous return to safety by opening a valve immediately when the secondary side pressure is normal in valve opening operation and in the case of low pressure, detecting the pressure again and opening the valve only when the pressure is normal, after short-time opening. CONSTITUTION:In valve opening operation, the secondary side pressure is first detected (3) and judgement (7) is made as to whether said pressure is normal or not. When the pressure has been judged to be normal, the valve opening operation (5) is made. When the pressure has been judged to be low, an open valve condition is kept (8) for 2sec and then valve closing function (6) is made. Thereafter, waiting (9) continues for 30sec and then the pressure is again detected (7). In this state, when the pressure has been judged to be normal, the valve opening function is made on the understanding that a pressure drop is temporary and the secondary side is airtight. When the pressure has been judged still to be low, a closed valve condition is kept on the understanding that the secondary side is not airtight.

If it is less than the specified pressure, furthermore a gas check is carried out, and if a gas flow is detected by a flow detecting signal 9, the valve is closed, but if the gas flow is not detected, the valve is kept open. At the time of valve opening, elapsed time from time of interception in the last time is counted by a timer 5, and when the elapsed time is less than the specified value, a gas flow check is performed irrespective of pressure. With this constitution, waiting time at the time of resetting can be made unnecessary.

With the shut-off valve 2 returned, opening and closing of a gas flow passage by the shut-off valve 2 is brought into an opening state, but in which case, since an on-off valve 65 already closed an opening 5, the presence of the on-off valve 65 serving as the auxiliary shut-off valve results in prevention of flowing of gas in a state in that the return shaft 6 is pushed in.

The color developing substance in the adhesive layer preferably has mobility to the objective body (to which the label is stuck). As for the color developing reaction used, complexation reaction of transition metals, reaction of org. compds. and reaction of inorg. compds. can be used. As for the color developing substance to be incorporated into the adhesive layer, for example, copper, iron and hydroquinones are preferable considering the cost and safety. The color developing substance is preferably colorless itself, but may be a color substance if its amt. in the adhesive layer is small.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a contact output responding to vibration and to preclude malfunction by providing a rotation preventing means so that a ball provided in an instrument body does not make >=1 rotation while leaving the surface of a bottom wall. CONSTITUTION:The ball 2 which rolls with an external force is arranged in the instrument body 1 which has a recessed part formed in the center part of the inner peripheral surface of the bottom wall and a contact device 4 is provided which is opened and closed by the rolling of the ball 2. For example, a projection 5 which prevents the ball 2 from making >=1 rotation in the instrument body while leaving the bottom wall is provided at the bottom part of the instrument body 1. Thus, the ball 2 is prevented from making >=1 rotation, so the inverted state of the contact device 4 does not continue for longer than a constant time, and consequently the contact output which responds to vibration is obtained. Sensor discrimination is securely performed when this sensor is used in combination with other instruments, and malfunction is precluded.
