摘要： A method for multiscale volume-based retrospective topology correction corrects topological defects on white matter (W), grey matter (G) and background (B) objects of a 3D segmented image (700). At each of a sequence of increasing scales, a topology correction filter is successively applied to cut handles and fill tunnels of W (704). When W is homotopic to a ball, the topology correction is completed and a cortical surface model is extracted from the topology corrected volumetric image (706). The topology correction technique preferably comprises a morphological topology correction (MTC) filter that associates a larger correction cost to topology corrections at locations having a larger surface-like property (e.g., "flat" and "wide" regions).

摘要： Disclosed are a method for limiting diffusion of wear debris of an in vivo implant, and an in vivo implantation device having a wear debris limiting function. In the present invention, an elastic sealing member is provided at a wear portion between implant components that can move relatively and cause wear, such that a wear debris outlet of an implant is always sealed within a sealed area formed by the sealing member and the implant components to prevent wear debris from diffusing outwards; the elastic sealing member at least comprises a flexible buffer portion; and the flexible buffer portion is used for reducing or completely offsetting relative movement between the implant components, thereby reducing the wear of a sealing portion of the elastic sealing member due to the relative movement between the components. According to the present invention, the problem of wear debris escape is solved; the sealing member is tightly attached to the components of the implant, such that the wear debris cannot escape; and a force of friction between the sealing member and the implant is less than a force for driving the components to move relatively, such that the relative movement between the components cannot be stopped.

摘要： A large-sized sheet assembly for receiving graphics and/or text from a printer includes a paper facestock, an adhesive film and a release liner. The adhesive film extends over an entire side of the facestock. The release liner covers the adhesive film and may be scored or otherwise provided with lines of weakness such that the release liner may be removed in individual sections. A method of printing and using the large-sized assembly includes printing the assembly with a wide-format printer, such as a wide-format inkjet printer, removing a section of the scored release liner and adhering a section of the sheet assembly to a substrate. Additional sections of the release liner are removed and corresponding portions of the sheet assembly are sequentially adhered to the substrate. The substrate may be a wall, a glass window, or any of a variety of different surfaces.
