    • PURPOSE:To enable uniform spraying of a high-viscosity material as well while sufficiently diffusing this material and to lessen sagging by widening the front end of the nozzle to a flat shape and forming the front end to a peak shape in longitudinal section, thereby forming an upward inclined path and a downward inclined path. CONSTITUTION:The front end 11 of this nozzle 5 is expanded to the flat shape and is formed to the peak shape in the longitudinal section, by which the upward inclined path 9 and the downward inclined path 10 are formed. The material M to be transported ascends while spreading on arriving at the upward inclined path 10 until the material collides against the top end of the downward inclined path 10. While the material M is dispersed, the material descends in the downward inclined path 10 and is uniformly sprayed in the form of a band. The ascending force acting on the material M in the upward inclined path 9 decreases rapidly when the supply of the material M to the nozzle 1 is stopped. The inflow of the material M into the downward inclined path 10 is stopped before the ascending power is completely eliminated. The material M alone in the downward inclined path 10 is only discharged eventually from a discharge port 13.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the precision of classification by forming a classification chamber on the periphery of a rotary vane below a material inlet, providing a diffusion plate opposed to the material inlet to the rotary vane, and fixing a collision plate arranged at a distance from the periphery of the diffusion plate to the diffusion plate. CONSTITUTION:The rotary vane 18 is provided below the material inlet 14, and the classification chamber 24 is formed on the periphery of the rotary vane 18. An air inlet 12 is allowed to communicate with a fine powder discharge port 13 through the classification chamber 24. The diffusion plate 21 opposed to the material inlet 14 is provided to the rotary vane 18, the collision plate 23 is arranged at a distance from the periphery of the diffusion plate 21, and the collision plate 23 is fixed to the diffusion plate 21. As a result, the collison plate 23 and diffusion plate 21 are rotated at the same angular velocity. Consequently, even if particulate matter collides with the collision plate, the particulate matter is sufficiently diffused, dropped into the classification chamber, and joined to a classifying air current. Accordingly, the particulate matter dropped into the classification chamber is immediately and sufficiently classified, and the precision of classification can be remarkably improved.

    • PURPOSE:To perform manpower saving and automation in test and control of a concrete sample body by connecting a controlling means which puts/takes out a marked sample body into/from a curing water tank, a read means for reading the symbol of the sample body and a strength testing means to a computer. CONSTITUTION:The recess of the upper part is repaired and a concrete sample body 1 is mold-released and transferred to a marking means 4 and marked by an ink jet printer or the like. The sample body 1 is arranged in a curing water tank 9 and takeout controlling devices 8, 8a are connected to a computer 5. The sample body 1 is placed in the prescribed position in the water tank 9 by the command thereof. The sample body 1 of the required position is taken out. Then a read means 10 reads the symbol of the sample body 1 taken out by the controlling means 8a. The symbol is notified to the computer 5 and recognized. Then strength test of the sample body 1 is performed in a test means 11. The record 14 of the result is outputted from the computer 5 connected to the test means 11.
