    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel column/beam connection portion structure which can enhance structural performance and ensure the easiness of construction, when a plurality of H-shaped steel beams different in beam depth are joined to a steel pipe column via an outer diaphragm-type diaphragm.
      SOLUTION: In this steel column/beam connection portion structure, the plurality of H-shaped steel beams 1 and 2 different in the beam depth, and the steel pipe column 3 are rigidly joined together via one set of upper and lower diaphragms 4 and 5. The outer diaphragm type is employed for the set of upper and lower diaphragms; the thickness dimension T of the lower diaphragm 5 is set equal to/smaller than the thickness dimension t of the upper diaphragm 4; and the width dimension H of the lower diaphragm 5 is set equal to/larger than the width dimension h of the upper diaphragm, and set to enable the jointing of the lower flanges 1a and 2a of the plurality of H-shaped steel beams. Upper flanges 1b and 2b of the plurality of H-shaped steel beams are joined to the upper diaphragm in such a manner that upper ends of the beams are aligned in the state of being flush with one another, and all the lower flanges of the plurality of H-shaped steel beams are joined to the lower diaphragm.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly work of reinforcing bar by forming a band bar into a circular shape encircling the center of a column center, in which the inner radius thereof is taken as the difference between a distance between the column center and the central point of a side and a concrete cover dimension of a column bar. CONSTITUTION:Column bars 12 with a small diameter, column bars 13 with a large diameter and a circular band bars 15 are arranged in an octagonal reinforced concrete column 1. The inner radius (r) of the bar 15 is taken as the difference between a distance (l) connecting the center of the column 0 and the central point of a side of the octagon and a concrete cover dimension A required for the bar 12. A distance B between the intersection of a line (m) connecting a corner C and the center 0 and the inner periphery of the bar 15 and the corner C is made larger than a concrete cover dimension required for the bar 13 to determine the outer radius of the bar 13, whereby the strength of the column 1 is ensured. As a result, since the bar 15 is circular and auxiliary bars required for conventional polygonal band bar are not employed, assembling work can be made easier.
