    • PURPOSE:To enable transmission of a laser beam and to be seen through by fitting a transparent thin film body having an expansion portion formed at the forward end of a fixed portion in the same boby to the forward end of a catheter to let physiological salt water flow in the expansion portion to be expanded. CONSTITUTION:A transparent thin film body A has an expansible expansion portion 2 formed in one body at the forward end of a fixed portion 1 and elasticity. The fixed portion 1 is fixed to the forward end portion (b) of a catheter B where an endscope tube C is inserted, and the expansion portion 2 is projected from the forward end of the catheter B to cover the main body A. The expansion portion 2 comprises a spherical body having the elasticity, which is formed at the forward end of the fixed portion 1. When the main body A is fixed to the forward end portion (b) of the catheter B to be covered therewith, physiological salt water is let flow from a pouring port of a channel of an endsoope projected from the forward end and inserted in the catheter, thereby expanding the expansion portion to a designated size, so that film thickness is further decreased to enable seeing through and a laser beam such as argon laser can be transmitted.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of blood or a secretion to a light guide, an objective lens or an optical fiber, by forming a spherical expansible part to one end of a cylindrical fixing part through a constricted part as the same body and making the film thickness of the constricted part less than that of each of the fixing part and the expansible part while mounting the other end of the fixing part to the leading end part of an endoscope. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical fixing part 1 has a cylindrical shape opened at one end thereof and a constricted part 2 is formed to the other end thereof so as to form a spherical expansible part 3 as the same body. The expansible part 3 is formed to the tip part of the constricted part 2 in an almost spherical shape and has expansibility. The inner diameter of the expansible part 3 is slightly smaller than that of the fixing part 1 but may be equal to or larger than that of said fixing part 1 and the to part 3' of the expansible part 3 has a thickness equal to or slightly larger than that of the other part thereof. The expansible part 3 is expanded to an appropriate size by the injection of a physiological saline solution from the channel or air and water feed port of an endoscope and closely brought into contact with the inner surface of a blood vessel by this expansion to make it possible to stop the flow of blood and further reduced in its wall thickness to become not only perspective but also pervious to laser beam.

    • PURPOSE:To protect a light guide, an objective lens, an optical fiber or the like and to sufficiently develop various functions without adhering blood or a secretion by a method wherein an expansible part is expanded by allowing a physiological saline solution to flow therein to be made not only pervious to laser beam but also perspective and the main body thereof is mounted to the leading end of an endoscope. CONSTITUTION:An expansible part 2 is composed of the spherical, expanded or cylindrical body having extensibility formed to the tip of a fixing part 1 and, when the main body A thereof is fixed to the leading end part (b) of an endoscope B so as to cover the same, said expansible part 2 protrudes from the leading end part of said endoscope B and expands to a predetermined size by allowing a physiological saline solution to flow in said expansible part 2 from the channel or air and water supply port of the endoscope. The expansible part 2 expands by the inflow of the physiological saline solution to be further reduced in its wall thickness and becomes not only perspective but also pervious to laser beam such as yag laser, argon laser or argon die laser. Further, the affected part such as a bleeding region or lesion is oppressed by the expansion of the expansible part to stop bleeding or to dilate a constriction part and the expansible part is closely brought into contact with the inner surface of a blood vessel by the expansion to develop function stopping the flow of blood.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a transparent membrane main body having high strength, by compounding a small amount of a powdery vulcanizer and a powdery vulcanization promoting aid with natural rubber latex to suppress powdery additives as low as possible and adding a liquid vulcanization promoter and a liquid aging inhibitor to said latex to prepare a compounded solution and immersing mold in said solution to perform vulcanization and drying. CONSTITUTION:A compounded solution is prepared by adding 0.7-1.5pts.wt. of a powder vulcanizer, 0.2-0.5pts.wt. of a powdery vulcanization promoting aid, 0.5-1.0pts. wt. of a liquid vulcanization promoter and 0.5-1.0pts.wt. of a liquid aging inhibitor to 100pts.wt. of the rubber component of natural rubber latex. A mold is immersed in a coagulant and subsequently immersed in the compounded solution for about 30-60sec and slowly drawn up to adhere the natural rubber to the mold in a thickness of about 0.15-0.25mm and the rubber is dried at 80-90 deg.C for about 10min under heating and, after mouth binding, further vulcanized at 80-90 deg.C for about 20min under heating to form a membrane which is, in turn, demolded using a release powder. After the demolded membrane main body A is washed, said membrane main body is treated with a silicone emulsion to develop a transparent feeling and cut into a predetermined length at a mouth end part and an inflatable part 2 is provided to the tip of a fixing cylindrical part as the same body.
