In the joint structure, the flanges 12 prevent movements to the bottom-section sides of the receiving holes 2 from the places of the engagements of the engaging head sections 3a and the joining members 9 of the joining members 5A by abuttings against the bases of the shallow grooves 11c at places corresponding to the insides of the shallow groves 11c.
