    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a deaerating function by closing the tip of a pipe driven into the ground before a hardener is injected into the pipe and inserting a deaeration hose having an opening at the side into the pipe. SOLUTION: An outer pipe having a specified length, in which an inner rod equipped with a drilling bit at the tip is contained in the inside is driven into the ground. Thereafter, the drilling bit and the inner pipe are drawn out of the outer pipe. Then, the tip of a deaeration hose 24 is closed with a plug body 26 and a part of the hose 24 is cut out to form an opening 28 having a shape tilted to the insertion end side, at the side part. The hose 24 is inserted into the outer pipe before an injection jig is screwed to the end protruded from the ground of the outer pipe. And further, the insertion jig is screwed to the outer pipe and an injection hardener such as cement milk is injected from an injection opening to cure the injection hardener and reinforce the ground. In this way, the residual slime in the outer pipe at the excavating process is prevented from penetrating in the hose. And hence, the hose can be easily inserted to the tip side of the outer pipe and decrease of deaeration function can be prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed liquid continuously supplying device little in trouble and having a structure to withstand vibrations and impacts for accurately setting a set ratio of the concentration of the foamed liquid without using a complicated measuring device. SOLUTION: Electric three-way valves 24, 25 are respectively connected between a supply side of a liquid chemical pump 2, which sends liquid chemicals in a liquid chemical tank 21 to foamed liquid tanks 3A, 3B, and the tanks 3A, 3B and between a supply side of a water supply pipe and the tanks 3A, 3B. The tanks 3A, 3B are used for mixing the liquid chemicals with water by using venturi tubes 5A, 5B and are provided with liquid level controller 9A, 9B, respectively. Other electric three-way valves 26, 27 are respectively installed on the suction and delivery pipelines of a forcibly circulating/ discharging device 30 for circulating/mixing the foamed liquid in the tank 3A or 3B and discharging the foamed liquid to the outside halfway. The tanks 3A, 3B are alternately used as a tank for preparing the foamed liquid by supplying the liquid chemicals and water or a tank for discharging the prepared foamed liquid while observing the liquid levels by changing over these electric three-way valves.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling method capable of easily securing the linearity of a pipe body to be inserted to natural ground and smoothly discharging slime. SOLUTION: In this drilling method, an inner rod 22 coupled to a drilling bit 20 and an outer pipe 24 for housing the inner pipe rod 22 inside the pipe are used. The inner pipe rod 22 has a medium supply passage 32 for supplying a cooling medium A to a drilling bit 20 is made and formed as a continuous through-hole, and the outer pipe 24 has a discharge passage 34 for the excavated slime B. By driving a drifter 42, a thrust, rotation and impact are transmitted to the drilling bit 20 and the drilling can be started. At this time, a cooling medium A is supplied to the drilling bit 20, and slime B is ejected to the outside through a discharge passage 34. Thrust and impact of the drifter 42 are transmitted to the tip side of the outer pipe 24 through a power transmitting portion 46, and it is inserted by a forward pulling method, by which a driving jig for closing the slime discharge passage 34 at the rear end side of the outer pipe 24 can be omitted, and the rear end side of the outer pipe 24 can be used as a released discharge hole for excavated slime B.
