    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage liquid tank capable of quickly replacing existing solution in a tank with a newly supplied liquid without being disturbed by a column inside the tank when creating a swirling flow in the tank. SOLUTION: A liquid storage tank 1 has a bottom and a cylindrical shape, and a plurality of columns 2 are arranged at certain intervals along the peripheral direction on a bottom plate of the tank and these columns also support the upper ceiling portion of the tank. A drain pipe 5 is provided in a central portion 3A inside the tank 1 separated by a plurality of columns 2, and a water supply pipe 4 is provided in the outer peripheral portion inside the tank 1. A rectifying plate portion 6 is provided which is slanted in the same direction relative to the radial direction of the tank 1 at a plurality of columns 2, and the direction of the rectifying plate portion 6 is the direction of guiding a swirling flow created by water discharged from a water supply pipe 5 inside the tank to the central portion of the tank 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent buckling without bringing demerits like defects of the appearance or increase of the foundation load, by injecting a foaming material into the inside space of a cylindrical wall vertically extending and closely sticking the foamed body made of the foaming material the inside face of the cylindrical wall. SOLUTION: An injection hole for a foaming material is formed at the upper end of the cylindrical wall 1 of a cylindrical column 10 and a liquid foaming material 15 is infected from the infection hole into the inside space S1 of the cylindrical wall 1. After the injection, the foaming material 15 expands in the inside space S1 to form a foamed body 16. And then, the external face of the foamed body 16 is closely stuck to the inside face 2a of a steel plate 2 defining the inside face of the cylindrical wall 1. Accordingly, since the foamed body 16 charged in the cylindrical column 10 supports with a uniform pressure the inside face 2a of the steel plate 2, a high preventive effect against buckling is brought out. And since the specific gravity of the foamed body 16 is remarkably smaller than the concrete, and the weight of cylindrical column 10 increases only a little, the cylindrical column 10 imposes the load only a little to the foundation. And further, the external face of the cylindrical column 10 shows almost no change and hence, no defect is brought in the external appearance.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the deterioration of a work environment by feeding accelerator efficiently to provide a concrete whose quality can be maintained for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A spraying machine 2 is provided to send a concrete into a concrete hose 3 so as to be sprayed from the forward end thereof. An accelerator feed part 7 is provided to fed an accelerator from an accelerator feed source 6 through an accelerator feed hose 5 into the concrete sprayed from the hose 3 so as to be mixed into the concrete. An operation condition sensing part 12 is provided to sense the feed rate of concrete from the spray machine 2 and the feed timing of concrete. A flow rate sensor 13 is provided to sense the flow rate of concrete in the hose 3. A control part 15 is provided to control a flow rate control valve 14 provided in the hose 5 to feed the accelerator in proper quantity corresponding to the amount and timing of the sprayed concrete based on sensing signals from the part 12 and the sensor 13.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to efficiently set a gas-permeable sheet to be arranged along the lower face of a top form to be installed on the upper part of a bottom form and, make the gas-permeable sheet easily detachable. SOLUTION: This shuttering 11 for a concrete product consists of a bottom form 12 with a lateral form part 15 provided on the periphery of a bottom plate part 14 and a top form 13 provided, through a gas-permeable sheet 17 for removing a bubble generated above a formed concrete, on the upper part of the bottom form 12. In addition, a sheet securing groove 16 is formed at spots which come into contact with the lateral form part 15 constituting the bottom form 12 on the lower face 13a side of the top form 13. Further, the gas-permeable sheet 17 is stretched on the periphery of the concrete shuttering 11, and then is arranged along the lower face 13a of the top form 13 in such a state that a tension is applied, by insetting an elastic sheet securing member 18 into the sheet securing grooves 16 through the gas-permeable sheet 17 arranged along the lower face 13a of the top form 13.
