摘要： PURPOSE:To precisely carry out the positioning work of a heavy column member and a joint member. CONSTITUTION:A V-shaped base frame 4 in which two slopes making 45 degrees against the horizon form a V-shape and a reversed V-shaped base frame 5 in which two slopes making 45 degrees against the horizon form a reversed V-shape are provided respectively. The V-shaped base frame 4 is placed on a floor in a V-shaped imaginary valley line direction so as to be horizontally transferable. The reversed V-shaped base frame 5 is placed on the floor so as to be horizontally transferable in a reversed V-shaped imaginary ridge line direction on the transfer way of the V-shaped base frame 4. The reversed V-shaped base frame 5 is constituted so that the position of two slopes 2 can be adjusted two-dimensionally in the plane crossing at right angles to the horizontal transfer direction against a horizontal transfer carrier. A column member 1 is positioned on the slope of the V-shaped base frame and a joint member 2 is placed so that two beam-connection steel members contact on the slope of the reversed V-shaped base frame 5. The column member 1 and the joint member 2 are transferred to the center axis direction by a transfer mechanism and butt-jointed. The joint member 2 is displaced by a position-adjusting mechanism attached to the reverse V-shaped base frame 5 and the center axis of the column-connection steel member is positioned to coincide with the center axis of the column member 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To examine the presence of a broken part of a steel frame just after a great earthquake without the need of a work for peeling a fire resistance coating. SOLUTION: A sensor 10 having a current-applied coil 11 is held to steel frames 2, 3 with a fire resistance coating 4 in such a manner that the winding direction of the coil 11 is directed to the in-plane in the longitudinal direction of the steel frame 3 or the in-plane in the direction intersecting perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction, and the sensor 10 is moved and scanned in the longitudinal directions of the steel frames 2, 3 with a fire resisting coating. According to the change of measured value of a measuring device 13 for voltage or current of the coil 11 at that time, the part of the steel frames 2, 3 where a broken part 6 exists can be located.

CONSTITUTION:A movable base A, a stationary base B and a movable base C are arranged along a reference line in series in this order on the floor of a factory, and the stationary base B is fixed at a reference position, but the movable bases A, C can be moved in the reference line direction by guide mechanisms 4a, 4b. These bases are mounted on a column receiving frame M, a joint receiving frame N and a column receiving frame M which are arranged in series in the reference line direction. The joint receiving frame N positions and sets a joint member 2 in a condition such that its axis is laid in parallel with the reference line, and comprises a vertically adjusting mechanism, a laterally adjusting mechanism, and a rotationally adjusting mechanism. The column receiving frame M positions and sets one end part of a column member 1 in a condition such that its axis is laid in parallel with the reference line, and comprises a vertically adjusting mechanism.
