    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-manufacturing-cost bearing manufacturing technique for allowing the washing of a bearing in an assembled condition by restricting the axial movement of a raceway ring and for improving the rigidity of the bearing by increasing the number of rolling elements which can be incorporated.
      SOLUTION: This bearing manufacturing method comprises a step of inserting the plurality of rolling elements 12 arrayed at peripherally equal spaces near a raceway surface 10s of an outer ring 10 to arrange the rolling elements at equal spaces along the raceway surface, a step of inserting a cage 14 and a stepped inner ring 8 to incorporate the plurality of rolling elements held in pockets of the cage between the raceway surfaces of the inner and outer rings, a step of applying washing treatment in the state that a sealing plate is mounted on one side of the inner and outer rings incorporating the plurality of rolling elements, and a step of filling lubricant after finishing the washing treatment and mounting a remaining sealing plate on the other side of the inner and outer rings.
