A double ended needle assembly and an intermediate holder are fitted to the first cylindrical part of a connection holder, a first syringe in which the dissolution liquid is stored is inserted into the first cylindrical part through the intermediate holder, and a second syringe in which the lyophilized product is stored in a depressurized state is fixedly inserted into the second cylindrical part of the connection holder. First, the intermediate holder is locked by a finger hooking projected piece, the first syringe is pushed into the intermediate holder in the locked state of the double ended needle assembly at an initial position by locking ribs, and the first syringe is unsealed by one end of the double ended needle. Next, the intermediate holder and the double ended needle assembly are pushed into the first cylindrical part by the first syringe, and the second syringe in the second cylindrical part is unsealed by the other end of the double ended needle.

    • The present invention is to provide an electric supply apparatus having a small size protector and being long lifetime. The electric supply apparatus having a wiring harness includes a protector; an annular wall disposed inside the protector, the wiring harness being bent freely along the annular wall; a leaf spring arranged around the annular wall, the leaf spring being fixed to the annular wall at a base end; and a spring holder disposed at a front end of the leaf spring for holding the wiring harness at a loop forming portion thereof. The spring holder is bent at a middle portion thereof with an angle in a direction of tangent of the annular wall. The spring holder fastens protective tubes of the wiring harness. The spring holder fastens end portions of a corrugated tube and a net tube which form the protective tube, and the net tube is disposed along the leaf spring.

    • In the fabrication of a semiconductor integrated circuit device, a 2D-3D inspection technique for solder printed on a substrate is provided which permits easy preparation of data and easy visual confirmation of a defective portion. In a substrate inspecting step, first, a 3D inspection is performed, followed by execution of 2D inspection, whereby a 2D picked-up image of the portion of a pad determined to be defective can be displayed on a larger scale simultaneously with the end of inspection, thereby providing an environment for efficient visual confirmation of the defect. Further, by subjecting a raw substrate to measurement at the time of preparing inspection data, a relation between an original height measurement reference generated automatically by the inspection system and the height of a pad upper surface is checked, whereby it is possible to measure the height and volume of printed solder based on the pad upper surface.

    • An automatic tool changing device capable of cleaning a contact surface of a spindle, which is to be in contact with a tool holder, with a simple structure. The device includes a turret having a plurality of grippers on its outer circumference and holding the tool holder by means of the grippers. At the time of tool change, the grippers grip and pull out the tool holder fixed to the spindle. Rotation of the spindle causes the turret to rotate through a spindle gear, a turret gear, and a decelerating device, to thereby select a tool. At this moment, a coolant is spouted from a nozzle portion of a manifold toward a spindle taper hole in which the tool holder is interfitted and washes the taper hole. Due to the rotation of the spindle, the coolant is spouted onto the whole circumference of the taper hole, and the surface to be in contact with the tool holder is surely washed. Therefore, it is possible to perform the cleaning with a simple structure in which the nozzle portion is arranged near the spindle without machining the spindle and the tool holder.
