摘要： A mobile terminal device has an information processing unit that processes electronic money information and a storage unit that stores the electronic money information. A receiving unit receives from an electronic money server an electronic money identification (ID), a mobile terminal identification (ID) identifying the mobile terminal device, and a money information processing program for enabling the information processing unit to execute processing of the money information stored in the storage unit. An installation unit installs into the storage unit the money information processing program and the IDs received by the receiving unit. A sending unit sends to the electronic money server information necessary for enabling the electronic money server to provide electronic money service, the necessary information being sent to the electronic server before the receiving unit receives the money information processing and the IDs.

摘要： It is an object to provide a mobile terminal device, such as a mobile phone using electronic-money service, in which information is easily managed upon installing a value processing function to the mobile terminal device. An IC chip for non-contact IC card is installed to a mobile phone 7 having an Internet access function. At the selling time of the mobile phone 7, an application program is not installed in the IC chip. A user purchases the mobile phone 7, thereafter, accesses an electronic-money server 2 from the mobile phone 7, and installs a value processing program to the IC chip. The electronic-money server 2 and the mobile phone 7 are cooperated and install the value processing function. In the installing processing, the mobile phone 7 receives secret information from the electronic-money server 2 for the purpose of ensuring the security, and installs the information to the IC chip.

An information processing device uses operational processing information to thereby operationally process a monetary amount of the stored currency information. A request information transmission device transmits, to a server apparatus, request information for requesting the server apparatus to rewrite the electronic data so as to increase the stored currency value amount by credit using the operational processing information. An operational processing information receipt device receives the operational processing information transmitted by the server apparatus in response to the transmitted request information. An input device inputs the received operational processing information into the information processing device.

The function of generating transaction numbers is transferred from the electronic money server to affiliated store servers, so that the transaction numbers are generated by the affiliated store servers. The transaction numbers are each associated with transaction information calculated in accordance with a calculation rule confidential to third parties, such that the electronic money server can detect the presence of alteration of the transaction information based on the transaction number. Furthermore, at the time of generating a transaction number, a seed, which is time-limited secret information confidential to third parties, is inputted to the calculation rule along with the transaction information and used for calculating the transaction number, whereby it is possible to further enhance the level of security.

摘要： An object is to properly perform failure recovery in an electronic money system where on-line terminals and off-line terminals coexist. For both an electronic money card and a center server, a flag selectable between two values, “transaction in progress” and “transaction completed”, is prepared. In the course of processing information between the electronic money card and the center server, the processing is caused to progress while setting their flags on (inverting them from “transaction completed” to “transaction in progress”), or setting them off (resetting them from “transaction in progress” to “transaction completed”) in a synchronized manner. If any failure occurs during the processing, the state of the flag at the time of occurrence of the failure is saved in both of them, and therefore based on these states, it is possible to specify the time at which the failure has occurred.

摘要： An interactive display of results obtained from the inversion of logging data is produced by obtaining and inverting the logging data using a Monte-Carlo inversion. An interactive plot having a percentile scale plotted against a location parameter is produced and a particular percentile is selected using the interactive plot. A cross-section plot for the particular percentile using the results of the Monte-Carlo inversion is produced. The particular percentile can be a curve representing a best-fit solution or a polyline representing selected solutions. Background color/shading can be displayed on the interactive plot to indicate user-defined constraints have been applied. Uncertain features can be plotted on a corresponding cross-section display using fading. Clusters of solutions that are substantially equally likely, given the measurements at a particular drill location, can be identified and plotted. A cross-section constructed from the layered models belonging to a particular cluster can be overlaid on another cross-section.

摘要： Provided is a glass composition for protecting a semiconductor junction which contains at least SiO2, B2O3, Al2O3, ZnO and at least two oxides of alkaline earth metals selected from a group consisting of CaO, MgO and BaO, and substantially contains none of Pb, As, Sb, Li, Na and K, wherein an average linear expansion coefficient within a temperature range of 50° C. to 550° C. falls within a range of 3.33×10−6 to 4.13×10−6. A semiconductor device having high breakdown strength can be manufactured using such a glass material containing no lead in the same manner as a conventional case where “a glass material containing lead silicate as a main component” is used.
