The device may also include a cam disposed on a side surface of the housing having a proximal end pivotally engaged with the housing between a first position where a distal end of the cam is disposed adjacent to the housing and a second position where the distal end is disposed away from the housing. The cam may include a cam port that extends through a body of the cam. The device may further include a slider disposed on the side surface of the housing between the cam and the void, where the slider is slidably engaged with the housing between a sealed position and an open position.
