摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic-inorganic composite particle dispersion by using a particle positively charged in a dispersion liquid, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The organic-inorganic composite particle dispersion is characterized by being obtained such that a dispersion of a positively charged inorganic particle is prepared by being dispersed in an acidic medium under the presence of a nonionic surfactant, a vinyl monomer is polymerized by a cationic polymerization initiator in the existence of a cationic surfactant, and thereby an organic-inorganic composite particle that is formed with a core consisting of an inorganic particle and a shell consisting of a polymer coating the inorganic particle is made to generate.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the gel fraction or solvent resistance of a coating film without using a curing agent or a crosslinking agent.
SOLUTION: The water-based coating composition comprises as dispersed particles formed by bonding nanosized particles with a vinyl polymer directly or through a nonionic surfactant. The vinyl polymer can be prepared by polymerizing a monomer having functional groups selected from among carboxy groups, epoxy groups, hydroxy groups, and hydrolyzable silyl groups with at least one monomer selected from among a (meth)acrylic monomer, an aromatic vinyl monomer, and a vinyl ester monomer. Such a composition, though it is a water-based one-package coating composition, can give a coating film improved in gel fraction or organic solvent resistance without using a curing agent or a crosslinking agent.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet capable of improving various kinds of properties and including excellent transparency.SOLUTION: The sheet 1 includes a base material 2, and a resin layer 3 which is laminated on at least one of the surfaces of the base material 2 and contains a core shell particle which is formed of a core composed of an inorganic particle, and a shell composed of a resin for covering the inorganic particle. The sheet 1 is constituted of the resin layer 3 which is blended with the inorganic particle. Therefore, it is possible to impart to the sheet 1 functional characteristics such as antireflection properties, glare protection, contamination resistance, elasticity, rigidity, etc. Further, the sheet 1 contains the core shell particle formed of the core composed of the inorganic particle and the shell composed of the resin for covering the inorganic particle, and therefore, can secure excellent transparency. Consequently, the sheet 1 can be applied to various kinds of industrial use, above all, can be best-suitably used as a surface protection sheet, since excellent functional characteristics and transparency can be ensured.
