SOLUTION: A ventilating structure 100A comprises a casing 91 and a ventilating member 13A fitted to an opening 91k of the casing 91. The ventilating member 13A includes a support body 11 having a through hole 11h functioning as a ventilation passage communicating the inside of the casing 91 with its outside, and a ventilation membrane 6 so secured to the support body 11 as to close the through hole 11h.
