    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flaw inspection method adapted to a pasting material being an inspection target equipped with a separator having a back cut part, for example, as in a percutaneous absorbing medicine and capable of accurately detecting the flaw such as foreign matter, such as hair, dust, a damage or a stain of the poultice material, even in a case that the back cut part is present.
      SOLUTION: The inspection method of the flaw of the poultice material, equipped with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a separator which covers the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and has the back cut part, includes an imaging process for capturing the image of the poultice material, in a state where the poultice material is irradiated with light and an image processing process for extracting flaws from the captured image to decide the quality. In the image processing process, a region where the back cut part is formed and a printing applied region are extracted to be masked. When the region where the back cut part is formed is extracted, an arbitrary point detected as the flaw is preferably set as a back cut candidate point, while the flaw detected within a predetermined range from the back cut candidate point in a back cut part forming direction is set as another back cut candidate point; and on the basis of the feature quantities (e.g., a shape, brightness or the like) of a plurality of the back cut candidate points detected by repeating the above mentioned operation, the back cut candidate points are decided as being back cut parts.
