    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in resistance of a transparent conductive layer when a metal layer is removed therefrom by etching, in a conductive laminate with the metal layer formed on the transparent conductive layer.SOLUTION: A conductive laminate is produced by forming a transparent conductive thin film laminate 2, which is composed of at least two transparent conductive thin films, and a metal layer 3 in this order on at least one surface of a transparent base 1. With respect to the transparent conductive thin film laminate 2, a first transparent conductive thin film 21 which is closest to the metal layer 3 is a metal oxide layer or a composite metal oxide layer which contains a main metal and one or more impurity metals, and transparent conductive thin films 22 other than the first transparent conductive thin film are composite metal oxide layers which contain a main metal and one or more impurity metals. The content ratio of the impurity metals in the first transparent conductive thin film 21 is not the highest among the content ratios of the impurity metals in the respective transparent conductive thin films constituting the transparent conductive thin film laminate 2.

      SOLUTION: The transparent substrate includes: the inorganic glass 10; and the resin layers 20, 20' formed by applying a solution of a thermoplastic resin to one side or both sides of the inorganic glass 10 where the resin layers 20 and 20' include; first thermoplastic resin layers 21, 21' which are prepared by coating a first casting solution which contains a first thermoplastic resin having a hydroxyl group at a terminal and an epoxy based terminal coupling agent on the inorganic glass; and second thermoplastic resin layers 22, 22' which are prepared by coating a second casting solution containing a second thermoplastic resin on the first thermoplastic resin layer. In the transparent substrate, thinning is possible, bending properties, impact resistance and flexibility are excellent, and the development of a crack of the glass can be suppressed remarkably.
