    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared reflective film which offers superior heat insulating properties and durability.SOLUTION: An infrared reflective film of the present invention comprises an infrared reflective layer and a transparent protective layer laminated on a transparent film substrate in the described order. The infrared reflective layer comprises a first metal oxide layer, a metal layer primarily made of silver, and a second metal oxide layer comprising a composite metal oxide containing zinc oxide and tin oxide, which are laminated in the described order from the transparent film substrate side. The transparent protective layer is in direct contact with the second metal oxide layer. The transparent protective layer has a thickness of 30 nm to 150 nm, and preferably is an organic material layer having a bridged structure derived from an ester compound containing an acidic group and a polymerizable functional group in one molecule. Content of the ester compound-derived structure in the transparent protective layer shall preferably be 1 wt.% to 40 wt.%.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered retardation plate that can secure a relatively wide viewing angle range and can be relatively easily manufactured.
